Quality means many things to many people.

Having a culture of quality means that every project gets the same attention to detail and "maintain control and do the job right" philosophy that is embedded in all our processes. This starts with the quotation, project launch, planning jigs, purchasing, production, and shipping with inspection/verification every step of the way. When possible all components are trial fit to verify jigs and customer or shop drawings. In house OEM projects are modelled in 3D Inventor or SolidWorks to eliminate interferences and for accurate part detailing.

Our interpretation of quality means that we demand "project success for our customer". We have developed the practice of doing our own critical review of customer drawings. Many times this has meant suggesting alternate details or materials for customer approval to improve the final product or reduce cost.

This dedication to shipping quality and best value is evident by the highly valued long term customer relationships that have been maintained over decades.

Our Quality Manual and documentation conforms to the majority of ISO 9001:2008 standards.
